Jerry B. Ransom

obit7OWENSBORO, Ky. - Jerry B. Ransom, born on April 28, 1944, went to be with the Lord on July 23, 2013. He was employed in concrete construction and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Pearl Ransom and two brothers, James and Charles Ransom.

He is survived by his brother, Carl Ransom (Jane) of Coxs Creek, KY; a sister, Shelby Husk (Joe) of Owensboro; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Services are 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2013, at the Chapel of Rosehill Cemetery in Owensboro with burial to follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation is from 12:00-12:45 p.m. on Friday at James H. Davis Funeral Home.
