Linda H. Smith 73, of Livermore, KY

orangeskytreeOWENSBORO, Ky. - Linda H. Smith 73, of Livermore, KY passed away Sunday, August 25, 2013 at the Riverside Manor Health Care Center in Calhoun. Linda Lou Hamilton was born February 20, 1940 in Livermore, KY to the late Rube and Nellie Rouse Hamilton and was married to Roy Vineyard Smith on January 1, 1960. Linda was a homemaker, a member of Livermore Missionary Baptist Church, and a member of Livermore Senior Citizens. She enjoyed playing cards, attending senior citizens functions, and spending time with both her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Roy V. "Pappy" Smith, who passed away April 9, 2011.

Survivors include a son, Mark Smith and wife, Angie of Livermore; a daughter, Melba Abney of Livermore; two granddaughters, Samantha Smith and Mariah Smith both of Livermore; a brother, James C. Hamilton of Greenville; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with the Rev. Clive Bell officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Livermore. Friends may visit with Linda's family from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday and from 9:00 A.M. until time of services Tuesday at Musters in Livermore.

The Linda H. Smith family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Livermore Missionary Baptist Church; P.O. Box 287; Livermore, KY 42352. Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at Musters in Livermore.
