Ronald Lee VanWinkle, 46, of Owensboro, KY

2doveOWENSBORO, Ky. - Ronald Lee VanWinkle, 46, of Owensboro, KY passed away Sunday, August 25, 2013. He was born on September 24, 1966 in Owensboro. He was employed as a baker and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed reading, art, music, world events and spending time with family. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald L. VanWinkle, Sr.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Mae Jackson of Arizona; sisters, Angie Oost (Billy) and Melanie VanWinkle both of Owensboro; brothers, Michael W. Horn of Nashville, TN, Gary L. Horn (Nancee) of Arizona, and Donald L. VanWinkle, Jr. and Scotty Horn (Cat) both of Owensboro; and several nieces and nephews.

Ronnie's family will celebrate his life at a later date. James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory in Owensboro is in charge of arrangements.
