OPD Reports Arrests - August 28, 2013

opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (8/29/13) -- The Owensboro Police Department reported the following activity for Tuesday, Aug. 27:
 
Neston Espinosa, of the 4600 Towne Square, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on charges of operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc First Offense, No Operator Moped License, Failure to Provide Insurance Card, Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle Prohibited.
 
Jackie Bolton, of the 800 block of E 11th St, was arrested at 1:00 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place Third or Greater in 12 Months.
 
Kaitlyn E. Anderson, of the 700 block of Deer Trail, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense, and Second Degree Indecent Exposure.
 
Mark Alexander, of the 9200 block of US Hwy 60, was arrested at 1:09 p.m. on charges of Second Degree Disorderly Conduct.
 
Gabriel S. Kirtley, of the 800 block of Carol St, was charged with No Registration Plates, and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc First Offense.
 
Darrell G. Murphy, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on charges of First Degree, Second Degree or Greater, Trafficking a Controlled Substance (Cocaine).
 
Kendall L. White, of the 4100 block of Harbor Hills Trail, was arrested at 4:48 a.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc First Offense.
