OWENSBORO, Ky. - Myrtle Warner 89, of Utica, KY passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at the Riverside Manor Health Care Center in Calhoun. Myrtle Phillips Ball was born March 21, 1924 in Muhlenberg County, KY to the late Archie and Mandy Ball and was married to Floyd Howard Warner. She was a homemaker, a member of Pleasant Ridge Holiness Church, and also enjoyed quilting.
In addition to her parents, Myrtle was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Warner who passed away February 3, 1982; by two sons, Wendell Warner and Howard Warner; and by two daughters, Bonnie Ramburger and Dorothy Shields.
Survivors include seven sons, Charles Warner of Owensboro, David Warner of Paducah, Larry Warner of Calhoun, Terry Warner of Guffie, Bobby Warner of Calhoun, Danny Warner, and Floyd Warner, Jr. both of Owensboro; four daughters, Wanda Ramburger of Whitesville, Darlene Eden of Masonville, Sheila Jones of Calhoun, and Carol Richards of Owensboro; 41 grandchildren; 78 great grandchildren; and 20 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with the Rev. Ancle Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the New Macedonia Cemetery in Daviess County. Friends may visit with Myrtle's family from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday and from 11:00 A.M. until time of services Friday at Musters in Calhoun.
