Owensboro Police Department Report - Aug. 30

opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (8/30/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following activity for Wednesday, Aug. 28:

Ronny Seals, of Shepardsville, was arrested at 5:54 a.m. on charges of Theft by Deception/Cold Checks Under $500.

Amber F. Payne, of the 800 block of West 13th St, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on charges of Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.

Sherry L. Howard, of Strickland Dr, was arrested at 2:59 p.m. on charges of Theft of Legend Drug First Offense or Value Under $300.

Justin M. Hellman, of the 3100 block of Burlew Blvd. was arrested at 11:33 a.m. on charges of First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Donald E. Neal, of the 1200 block of West 2nd St, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

David W. Helbert Jr., of Westview Dr, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. on two charges of Trafficking Marijuana Less Than 8 Ounces.

Amanda Helbert, of Westview Dr, was arrested on charges of Trafficking a Controlled Substance within 1,000 ft. of a School, Failure to Use or Improper Signal, and Instructional Permit Violations.
