Rebecca Boyd, 20 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 23 for Failure of Owner to Maintain Reg. Ins/Sec. and Permitting an Unlicensed Operator to Operate Motor Vehicle. The arresting officer was William Strader.
 
Natasha Phelps, 27 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 23 for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
 
William Hackney, 34 of Dawson Springs was served an arrest warrant on September 23 for Theft by Deception Include Cold Checks. The arresting officer was Blake Carlisle.
 
Tiffany Scott, 20 of Providence was served an arrest warrant on September 23 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Blake Carlisle.
