OPD Reports Weekend Arrests - Nov. 4, 2013

opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (11/4/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests on the weekend of Nov. 1 through Nov. 3:

Jennifer Payne, of the 300 block of Catalina Dr, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. on Friday on charges of al-cohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.

Virgil Sallee, Jr, of the 100 block of W 2nd St, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Friday on charges of oper-ating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 aggravated circumstances first offense, and no registration plates.

Pamela L. Sparks, of the 1400 block of W 9th St, was arrested at 3:06 a.m. on Friday on charges of op-erating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense, and failure to illumi-nate head lamps.

Ralph E. Martin, of the 3300 block of Adams St, was arrested at 6:49 a.m. on Friday on charges of al-cohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.

Jeffrey D. Whitehouse, of the 1100 block of W 1st St, was arrested at 1:06 p.m. on Saturday on charges of operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 aggravated circumstances third offense, and failure to produce insurance card.

Christopher R. Cross, of the 5300 block of Clinton Rd, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. on Saturday on charg-es of operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense.

Kristina A. Boyer, of the 6900 block of Leah Ln, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday on charges of operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 aggravated circumstances first of-fense.

Zachary T. Hudson, of the 1000 block of W Parrish Ave, was arrested at 2:26 a.m. on Sunday on charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition auto $500 or more but under $10,000, second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), receiving stolen property under $500, and possession of marijuana.
