OPD Arrest Reports - November 13, 2013

opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (11/13/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal for Tuesday, Nov. 12:

Nathan D. Allen, of the 600 block of Maple St, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place third or more offense in 12 months, and possession of marijuana.

Justin M. Owings, of the 2700 block of Dartmouth Dr, was arrested at 10 p.m. on charges of second degree disorderly conduct, and third degree terroristic threatening.

Zachary T. Hudson, of the 300 block of US 60 E, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. on charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition auto under $500.
