James Everett Hardin, 68, of Mosleyville, Ky

OWENSBORO, Ky. - James Everett Hardin, 68, of Mosleyville, Ky passed away November 27, 2013 in Madisonville, Ky. He was born March 7, 1945 in Daviess County to the late Dewey and Madeline White Hardin. He was an independent truck driver, a member of Harvest Baptist Temple and an Air Force veteran. He enjoyed Golf, UK Basketball, NASCAR racing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Aside from his parents, he is preceded in death by four brothers, John, Kenny, Tommy, Harrold Jack Hardin and two sisters, Jewell Nance and Catherine Palmer.

Surviving is his wife of 46 years, Cora Estes Hardin, children, Jamie (Jessica) Hardin of Mosleyville, Jeremy (Kathy) Hardin and Holly Hardin-Marsh of Owensboro, six grandchildren, Jamie, Cierra, Kaelyn, Brylie, Bryana, Bryella, and two brothers, Bill (Dora) Hardin of Jacksonville, FL and Marty (Thelma) Hardin of Owensboro.

Services will be 3:30 p.m. Monday at Harvest Baptist Temple with Reverend Greg Dowdy officiating.

Visitation will be from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Monday at Harvest Baptist Temple.
