William Michael Jones, age 58 of Beaver Dam

BEAVER DAM, KY - William Michael Jones, age 58 of Beaver Dam, passed away, Wednesday November 2nd at his residence.

He was born June 10, 1953 in Hartford, KY, to the late William Earl and Colleen Schultz Jones.

He was a member of the Beaver Dam Baptist Church and attended Holy Redeemer Catholic Church where he was a member of the choir. He was also a member of the Ohio County Lions Club, the Board of Directors of the Ohio County Library, the Ohio County Chamber of Commerce, a past member of the Ohio County Hospital Board, and an activist in the Junior Achievement World Wide Marriage Encounter. He was a loan officer for 28 years at First Kentucky Bank in Hartford, and was loved by all of his friends, fellow employees, and customers.

Survivors include his wife Rhonda Rhinerson Jones, of Hartford, one son, David Michael Jones, of Hartford, his brother Donald Keith Jones (Rebecca), of Richardson, Texas, his sisters, Jan McMurtry (David), of Lexington, and Patti Jones Karn, (Tim) of Philpot, as well as several nieces and Nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Beaver Dam Baptist Church in Beaver Dam. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Beaver Dam. Visitation will be from 3-8PM, Friday at the funeral home and 9AM until time of service Saturday at the Church.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Beaver Dam Baptist Faith Foundation Academy, 343 S. Main St. Beaver Dam or Holy Redeemer Building Fund, P.O. Box 106, Beaver Dam, Ky.
