Norma Elizabeth Elliott, 89, of Owensboro

OWENSBORO, KY - Norma Elizabeth Elliott, 89, of Owensboro, Kentucky died Thursday, November 3, 2011, at Owensboro Place Care & Rehabilitation.

She was born on August 7, 1922 in Breckinridge County, Kentucky to the late Prince and Sara Pullen. She was a private duty sitter and a member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Elliott, Sr. died in 1967 and son, Leonard Elliott, Jr. in September 2011.

Survivors include her sons, Bobby Elliott and James D. (Snooky) Elliott and wife, Diane all of Owensboro; a granddaughter, Shannon Hamilton of Owensboro; a grandson, Darin Elliott of Owensboro; two great grandchildren, Austin Hamilton and Lexie Hamilton and several nieces and nephews.

Services are at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 7, 2011, at the Chapel of James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory in Owensboro. Burial will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
