Hopkins County Sheriff's Office Arrest Log - February 20, 2014

Arrest Log HCSheriff 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (2/20/14) — The Hopkins County Sheriff's Office released the following reports Thursday, Feb. 20.

Roy H. Geary, 55, W. Kentucky Road, Madisonville, was charged on a warrant Feb. 7 for theft by unlawful taking.

Roy H Geary, 55, Sandcut Road, Madisonville, was charged Feb. 13 for prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

Jason L. Laureano, 32, Walnut Grove Road, Dawson Springs, was charged Feb. 16 with fourth-degree assault.

Ryann K. Welch, 29, Booneville, Ind., was charged on a warrant Feb. 16 with being a fugitive from another state.

John Taylor Payne, Jr., 33, Madisonville, was charged on a warrant Feb. 17 for contempt of court.

Kenneth D. Yancey, 50, Earlington, was charged on a warrant Feb. 17 for two counts of contempt of court.

Timothy A. Franklin, 28, Madisonville, was charged on a warrant Feb. 18 for bond withdrawal.

Jaliyah L. Harley, 19, Madisonville, was charged Feb. 18 with fourth-degree assault/domestic.

Jennifer A. Harley, 38, Madisonville, was charged Feb. 18 with fourth-degree assault/domestic.

Keith B. Hendrix, 32, Greenville, was charged Feb. 18 with careless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure of owner to maintain insurance and failure to wear seat belts.

Thomas R. Basham, 30, Madisonville was charged Feb. 18 with disorderly conduct.

Tracy R. Gilmore, 45, Madisonville, was charged Feb. 18 with two counts of theft by deception/cold checks under $500.

Courtney Ward, 22, Madisonville was charged Feb. 18 with hindering prosecution/apprehension.

Ashley N. Laureano, 28, Dawson Springs was charged Feb. 19 with second-degree burglary.

Nathanial Gibson, 34, Madisonville, was charged on a warrant Feb. 19 with faultier to pay.

Brandon W. Hawkins, 29, Hopkinsville, was charged on a warrant Feb. 19 for second-degree burglary.

Cody T. Mattingly, 20, Nortonville, was charged on a warrant Feb. 19 with contempt of court.
