Jakob Brandan Baize, 17 of Olaton

 

obit20OWENSBORO, KY - Jakob Brandan Baize, 17 of Olaton, passed away, Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at his residence. He was born Febuary 24, 1994 in Owensboro, KY to David and Lisa Brown Baize.

He was a member of East Fairview Baptist Church in Baizetown, Kentucky and a former student at Ohio County High School.

He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandfather, Kenneth Baize, paternal great grandparents, Homer and Virginia Maiden, and his maternal great grandparents, Joe and Sylvia Brown and Eula and Gene Rhinerson.

Survivors include his parents, David and Lisa Brown Baize of Olaton, two brothers, Zak Baize and Kyler Baize of Olaton, his sister-in-law, Jessica Baize of Olaton, nephew, Keaton Calloway and niece Kealyn Baize, both of Olaton, his paternal grandparents, Orville and Sandy Baize of Beaver Dam, maternal grandparents, Patty and Ricky McGraw of Mt. Zion, Georgia and Tom and Sharon Brown of Owensboro, and his paternal great grandmother, Reba Baize of Beaver Dam.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 19, 2011 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Burial will be in East Fairview Cemetery in Baizetown. Visitation will be from 2-8 PM Friday and 9 AM until time of service Saturday at the Funeral Home.

Family requests that expressions of sympathy be a form of contribution to the Jakob Baize Memorial Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
