C. Ruth Feldpausch, 82 of Owensboro

4flowerOWENSBORO, KY - C. Ruth Feldpausch, 82 of Owensboro passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born on June l8, 1929 in Daviess County to the late S.Chester Hamilton and Sue E. McCain Hamilton. She was retired from the Shoe Retail Business, but her main occupation was being a loving wife, mother, daughter and caregiver to all. She enjoyed cards, horse racing and traveling.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Feldpausch Jr. (December 2001)

Surviving is her daughter Tracie (Penrod) Feldpausch of Owensboro, KY; Her aunt, Laura Calhoun of Owensboro, KY; Three sister-in-laws, Joan (Vince) Frey of Owensboro, KY, Betty (David) Payne of Southgate, KY, Linda (Bob) Marrett of Louisville, KY; Brother-in-law, David Feldpausch of Owensboro, KY; Several cousins and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10:00am Monday, January 2, 2012 at St. Pius X with Father Julian Ibemere and Father Edward Bradley officiating and burial to follow in Elmwood Cemetery.

Visitation at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home from 2:00 to 7:00pm Sunday at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home and 8:00 to 9:30am Monday at the funeral home. Prayers will be 6:00pm Sunday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Western Kentucky, 3419 Wathens Crossing, Owensboro, KY 42301-9899. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
