Freida Edmonds 65, of Island, Kentucky

 

obit6OWENSBORO, KY - Freida Edmonds 65, of Island, Kentucky passed away Sunday, January 8, 2012 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Freida

Sue Howard was born November 10, 1946 in Island, Kentucky to the late Earl and Catherine Mitchell Howard. She was a nurse’s aid at Riverside Manor in Calhoun, a member of the Island Baptist Church, and enjoyed spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include a son, Shaun Bialek of Island; three daughters, Sue Stanley of Owensboro, Angela Hoagland of Island, and Allison Prather of Marietta, Georgia; six grandchildren, Kayla Holder, Haylea Hoagland, Brandon Hoagland, Holly Bialek, Elijah Stanley, and Calvin Prather; and a brother, Larry Howard of Island.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with the Rev. Jim Nelson officiating. Burial will be in the Island Community Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Freida’s Family from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 9:00 A.M. until time of services Wednesday at Musters in Livermore.

The Freida Edmonds Family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Freida Edmonds, Memorial Fund; C/O Muster Funeral Homes; P.O. Box 228; Livermore, Kentucky 42352. Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at Musters in Livermore.
