Gerald Kuegel, 69 of Owensboro

 

OWENSBORO, KY - Gerald Kuegel, 69 of Owensboro passed away Friday, January 20, 2012 at Owensboro Medical Health Systems.

He was born in Daviess County on May 5, 1942 to the late Robert Leo Kuegel and Mary Louise Livers Kuegel. He was retired from Alcoa after 30 years. He was a US Army veteran.

He was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert L. Kuegel and a sister, Wanda J. Kuegel.

Surviving: his sister, Janet K. Westmoreland (James) and his brother, David E. Kuegel (Cherry) both of Owensboro, Ky.

Services will be at 10:00am. Monday, January 23, 2012 at St. Martin Catholic Church.

Visitation at Haley-McGinnis & Owensboro Funeral Home from 3:00 to 5:00pm. Sunday, and from 8:00am to 9:15 am Monday at the funeral home. Prayers will be said at 4:30pm. Sunday.

Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Father Maury Riney will officiate.
