HENDERSON, KY - Danny E. Elliott, age 49, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 7:03 p.m., Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville, IN.

Mr. Elliott was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Peterson and a sister, Dee Higgs.

Mr. Elliott was a member of the Moose Lodge #732 and the American Legion Sons and Riders Post #40. He enjoyed fishing and camping, but especially loved riding his motorcycle.

Survivors include: His wife of 7 years, Tara J. Elliott; 3 Sons: Michael Daughtery, Daniel Elliott and David Altmeyer; 6 Daughters: Sherry Glassco, Lisa Elliott-Wiles, Tabitha Johnson, Nici Elliott, Erin Johnson and Carrie Altmeyer; Step-Father: John Harper; Step-Mother: Concetta Rendon ; 2 Sisters: Joyce Harrell and Venius Meiggs; 10 Grandchildren, and Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home, Henderson, KY. Rev. Billy Balke will officiate.

Friends may call from 10:00 am until service time on Tuesday, February 21 at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home.
