Charles Clay, 41, Henderson

HENDERSON, KY - Charles Clay, 41, Henderson, passed away at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011, after being hit by a train in Henderson.

He was employed at Hercules Manufacturing Co.

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Clay Sr.

Survivors include his mother, Anna Bushrod Clay; two sisters, Linda Dixon of Henderson and Cicel Clay of Evansville; and five brothers, Roy Clay, Jerry Clay, Ricky Clay and Marvin Clay, all of Henderson, and DeAndre Clay of Nashville, Tenn.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Love Temple Church of God in Christ. The Rev. Harlan Armstead will officiate. The body will be cremated.

Friends may call after 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Gamble Funeral Home in Hopkinsville is in charge of arrangements.
