DUE TO HEAVY SNOWS IN WESTERN KENTUCKY...WIDESPREAD 6 TO 12 INCH SNOWFALL AMOUNTS HAVE HAULTED AREA TRAVEL. ISOLATED 15 INCH AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED. She was born in Henderson on May 6, 1948, to the late John and Bernice Maconnell Benham.

Beckie was a 1966 Henderson County High graduate and a graduate of the University of Kentucky. She was a retired account executive for Valvoline Oil Company in Los Angeles. Her most valued things in life were her faith, family and friends.

Survivors include one brother, John Benham and his wife, Alice, of Smith Grove, Ky.; her sister and caregiver, Susan Hall and her husband, Tim, of Henderson; and one very special niece, Meredith Ellen Hall of Henderson.

Services will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Dr. Tim Hobbs will officiate.

Friends may call after 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony’s Hospice, Henderson County Humane Society or Community Baptist Church Building Fund.
