He was a member of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. Cliff was a Kentucky Colonel and greatly loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Aileen Johnson; one son, Bart Johnson, who passed away in 2007; and his parents, Milford and Helen Davenport Johnson.
Survivors include his wife of seven years, Jean; one daughter, Marganna Stanley and her husband, Rick, of Corydon; one son, Ruston Johnson of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; four stepdaughters, Belinda Klein and her husband, Tim, of Evansville, Pam Tow and her husband, Tommy, of Sebree, and Jenny Rideout and her husband, Chad, and Tracy Bridwell and her husband, Bill, all of Henderson; one brother, Chris Johnson of Hutchinson, Minn.; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Rev. Ted Burke will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Chapel Hill United Methodist Church Building Fund.
Pallbearers will be Jay Mitchell, Marvin Mays, Mark Fehr, Bill Bridwell, Tommy Tow, Tim Klein, and Chad Rideout.
