HENDERSON, KY (11/25/12) – Carolyn Gates Chinn, 80, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 1:45 p.m. Saturday November 24, 2012 at St. Anthony’s Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson.

She was a member of Christadelphian Ecclesia. Carolyn had worked at Bohn’s Dress Shop for many years.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth Diane Courtney in 2012.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Meuth (Roger) of Henderson, KY and Donna Hancock (John) of Henderson, KY; sister, Joan Morgan (Raymond) of Henderson, KY; three grandchildren, Stephanie Christian (Nick), Rick Meuth (Jeannie), Ashley Hillyard (Josh); four great grandchildren, Whitney, Blanton, Matthew, and Rylan.

Services will be held at Tuesday November 27th at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery in Henderson. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00-8:00 and Monday 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Roger Meuth, John Hancock, Nick Christian, Rick Meuth, Josh Hillyard and Mike Morgan.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
