Antha (Ann) Teague, age 90, of Henderson, KY

HENDERSON, KY - Antha (Ann) Teague, age 90, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 8:30 AM, Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at Redbanks Nursing Home under the care of St. Anthony's Hospice.

Ann grew up and went to school in Smith Mills. She was a long time member at Bennett Memorial United Methodist Church where she enjoyed fellowship with friends in Christ. She retired from Osborn Brush Company where she worked as an assembler; however her full-time job was taking care of her loved ones as a homemaker. Ann played an active role as a member of the Women's Democratic Club. When she wasn't campaigning, she enjoyed gardening and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 16 years Adrian Teague, son Billy Green, brother John W. Courtney and friend & companion Robert Miller Crenshaw.

Survivors include: 6 Step-Daughters: Katherine Sinnett Columbus, GA, Dorothy Bonnell and husband Carl Henderson, KY, Linda Corey Evansville, IN, Betty Pippin Wathen, Iva Russell, Judy Pippin; 1 Step-Son: Charles Pippin; Niece: Sue Blewer; Nephews: Bob and Donnie Courtney; 4 Grandchildren: Brenda L. Martin, Sheila A. Green, Timothy L. Green, & Kathy L. Foster.

Relatives and friends are invited to Ann's Life Celebration® from 4:00PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, December 6, 2012 and again on Friday starting at 9:00 AM at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at10:00 AM on Friday at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home with the Reverend Wayne Burt officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, KY.
