HENDERSON, Ky. - Roy Brown, age 76, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 1:30 AM, Thursday, February 7, 2013, at Deaconess Gateway Heart Hospital, Newburgh, IN.

Mr. Brown was a member at First Assembly of God Church, where he was actively involved in various leadership positions.

He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Josephine Sims Brown, Sr, and daughter Sandy Swearer in 2005.

Survivors include: Wife of 53 years: Ella Brown Henderson, KY; 2 Daughters: Gina Brown Henderson, KY; Yvonne Cordell St. Louis, MO; 1 Brother: Donald L. Brown Smith Mills, KY; 4 Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandchild; 1 Niece and 1 Nephew.

Relatives and friends are invited to Roy's Life Celebration from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, February 8, 2013 and again on Saturday starting at 10:00 AM both visitations at First Assembly of God Church, Henderson, KY. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday at First Assembly of God Church, with the Reverend Jeff Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, KY.
