HENDERSON, Ky. - Henry Lawrence Phelps, 86, of Corydon, KY passed away at 4:34AM Friday February 8, 2013 at Lucy Smith King Care HENDERSON, Ky. - Center.

He was a retired stock farmer and member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Porter W. and Willie James (Travis) Phelps.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years Veda Duncan Phelps; 1 daughter: Nancy Fain of Corydon; 1 Son: Lonnie Phelps of Henderson; 1 Sister: Charlotte Pletka of Corydon; 5 Grandchildren; 5 Great-grandchildren; 2 Step-grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.

Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday February 10, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Bro. Tom Hancock will officiate.

Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery with military graveside services conducted by American Legion Worsham Post 40 Burial Detail and Honor Guard.

Visitation will be Saturday 4-8 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Masonic services will be held at 6:00 PM Saturday by Corydon Masonic Lodge #799.

Pallbearers will be David Sauer, Tony Sauer, Billy Yates, Kevin Wilkerson, Lanny McKee, Kenny O’Nan.
