HENDERSON, Ky. - Byron Collier, Jr., age 72, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 11:30 AM, Monday, February 11, 2013, at his home.

Mr. Collier was retired from Central Soya after 23 years. He cherished his little dog Tubby.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bryon Sr., and Hattie Collier.

Survivors include: Wife of 50 years: Rita Collier; 1 Daughter: Cindy Collier; 1 Son: Scott Collier All of Henderson, KY; 2 Sisters: Esther Moody & Hattie Jo Stewart Both of Evansville, IN; 1 Brother: Leroy Wolfe TX; Special Niece: Jonnie DeMarco Montgomery, IL; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to Byron's Life Celebration from 12:00 PM until service time Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home with the Elder Lee Bowen officiating. Burial will follow at Fernwood Cemetery in Henderson, KY.
