HENDERSON, Ky. - David E. Spainhoward, 64 of Henderson, KY passed away March 4, 2013 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, IN.

He was born February 25, 1949 in Henderson, KY to Ethil and Jewell (Wright) Spainhoward. He was a coal miner.

He was preceded by his father.

He is survived by his mother: Jewell Spainhoward of Henderson; One daughter: Jessica Florey of Georgia; One son: David Spainhoward of Florida; One sister: Wanda Tornatta of Henderson; One brother: Joel Spainhoward of Henderson; 2 grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at a later date.

Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
