K. Marshall Blackburn, age 27, of Henderson, KY

HENDERSON, Ky. - K. Marshall Blackburn, age 27, of Henderson, KY went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, April 3, 2013.

He was a member of Henderson General Baptist Church. Marshall graduated from Henderson County High School in 2004 and was a graduate of the University of Louisville, having earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications. Marshall was employed with Big Rivers Electric Corporation.

Survivors include: His parents: Bill and Angela Shelton Blackburn Henderson, KY; Brother: William Blackburn and his wife Carmen Bradenton, FL; Nephew and Niece: Ayden Marshall and Ariana Faith Blackburn Bradenton, FL; Maternal Grandmother: Margie H. Shelton Henderson, KY; Paternal Grandmother: Jo Nell Blackburn Clay, KY; Aunts and Uncles: Beth Blackburn Clay, KY, Amos and Janet Shelton Holmes Beach, FL, Vic and Nancy Brown Poole, KY; Several cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to Marshall's Life Celebration from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. Monday, April 8, 2013 and from 9:00 A.M. until service time on Tuesday at Henderson General Baptist Church, Henderson, KY. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at the church. Reverend Charles Linhart will officiate.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Henderson General Baptist Church.
