healthdeptinspections pizza 300HOPKINS COUNTY, KY (6/20/13) - The following is your weekly update on local restaurant inspections for the Hopkins County area, courtesy of the Hopkins County Health Department:

Brook Hollow Farm Catering – 100
No violations

Carmike Cinemas – 100
No violations

Chef Reese Catering – 100
No violations

Hometown Pizza – 100
No violations

Ideal Market – 99 (N. Main)
Minor violation:
•Spillage around deli slicer

Minit Mart – 97 (Dawson Springs)
Minor violations:
•Boxes stored on floor
•Wiping cloths not properly stored
•Various ceiling tiles stored

Silver Star Burgers – 99
Minor violation:
•Liquid build-up on ice machine in storage room

The next food training class will be on July 9, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.

If for any reason you can’t make the scheduled food training class, we will be willing to schedule different times or days.
