Madisonville Police Reports – August 23, 2013

mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (8/23/13) – On Friday, August 23, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported seven instances of law enforcement activity.

Shawn Todd, 27 of Madisonville was arrested on August 22 for Operating Motor Vehicle under/Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
 
Dustin Lanier, 25 of Hopkinsville was arrested on August 22 for Assault in the 4th Degree with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Nicola Clary, 39 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 22 for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Julie Cates, 34 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 22 for Probation Violation, Failure to Pay, and Theft by Deception Includes Cold Checks Under $500.00. The arresting officers were Heath Owens, Sean McCance, Brandon Darnell and Daniel Cavanaugh.
 
Caleb Jones, 33 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 22 for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Jerry Skaggs, 47 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 22 for Another Police Agency (Christian County) and Fugitive from Another State. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Kendall Ashby, 29 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 22 for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License and Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
