David Hodges Septer, Sr. 73 of Spottsville

1sunsetHENDERSON, Ky. - David Hodges Septer, Sr. 73 of Spottsville passed away at 11:55 PM Wednesday August 28, 2013 at his home under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice.

He retired from Industrial Contractors as a Sheet Metal Supervisor.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jacob and Thelma (Kerney) Septer.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years Patricia Septer; 1 son: David Septer, Jr. and wife Linda of Henderson; 1 Daughter: Celeste Newman and husband David of Henderson; 1 Brother: Thomas Septer of Spottsville; 4 Sisters: Doris Goad of Spottsville, Marie Fortenbach of Houston, Texas, Mabel Crowder of Cambellsville, KY, Barbara Arflack of Owensboro; 3 Grandchildren; 3 Great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be 1:30 PM Friday, September 6 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel.

Bro. Hal Branson will officiate.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM until service time Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
