Hopkins County Restaurant Inspection Report - September 5, 2013

healthdeptinspections300 bHOPKINS COUNTY, KY (9/5/13) - The following is your weekly update on local restaurant inspections for the Hopkins County area, courtesy of the Hopkins County Health Department:

Dairy Queen - 97
Minor violations:
•Various ceiling tiles in need of cleaning
•All foods in cooling units needs to be covered

Food Giant – 98
Minor violation:
•Potatoes stored on floor

Kangaroo Express – 100 (Nortonville)
No violations

Nortonville Supermarket Inc – 100
No violations

The next food training class will be on September 10, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.

If for any reason you can’t make the scheduled food training class, we will be willing to schedule different times or days.
