Dawson Springs Police Reports

ds police arrest logDAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (12/2/13) — The Dawson Springs Police Department released the following arrest reports Dec. 2.

Christopher Earl, 29, St Charles, was charged with DUI and two counts of wanton endangerment, first degree, Nov. 25. Captain Craig Patterson was the charging officer.

James Baggett, 47, Dawson Springs, was charged with three counts of theft by deception Nov. 25 on Hopkins County criminal summons and one count of theft by deception on a Hopkins County warrant. Captain Craig Patterson was the charging officer.

Adam Cotton, 32, Dawson Springs, was charged with nonpayment of fines on a Hopkins County warrant Nov. 26. Josh Travis was the charging officer.

Davis Shipman, 35, Dawson Springs, was charged with criminal abuse, second degree, on a Hopkins County warrant. Josh Travis was the charging officer.

Brian Paulin, 38, Dawson Springs, was charged with a probation violation on a Hopkins County warrant Nov. 28. Brad Ross was the charging officer.

Scottie Rogers, 36, Dawson Springs, was charged with two counts of nonpayment of fines on Hopkins County warrants Nov. 28. Chief Bill Crider was the charging officer.

Steven Hammond, 37, Nicholasville, was charged with failure to appear on a Livingston County warrant Nov. 28. Brad Ross was the charging officer.

James Turner, 19, Dawson Springs, was charged with operating on a suspended operators license, no registration plates, no registration receipt, and no insurance Nov. 28. In addition, he was charged with a parole violation on a Hopkins County warrant, nonpayment of fines on a Hopkins County warrant, nonpayment of fines on a Caldwell County warrant, and on payment of fines on a Lyon County warrant. Chief Bill Crider was the charging officer.

Joseph Drennan, 44, Dawson Springs, was charged with failure to appear on a Hopkins County warrant Nov. 28. Captain Craig Patterson was the charging officer.

Charles Poston, 42, Beaver Dam, was charged with DUI, aggravating circumstances Nov. 30. Brad Ross was the charging officer.

Matthew Foe, 26, Dawson Springs, was cited to court for possession of marijuana Dec. 1. Brad Ross was the charging officer.

Bianca Stallins, 18, Dawson Springs, was charged with nonpayment of fines on a Hopkins County warrant Dec. 1. Josh Travis was the charging officer.

Pamela Morris, 33, Dawson Springs, was charged with a probation violation on a Hopkins County warrant Dec. 1. Brad Ross was the charging officer.

Austin Bennett, 20, Corydon, was charged with nonpayment of fines on a Hopkins County warrant Dec. 2. Brad Ross was the charging officer.
