OPD Reports Weekend Arrests - December 9, 2013

opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (12/9/13) - The Owensboro Police Department released the following arrests for the weekend of Dec. 6 through Dec. 8:

Anthony M. Colley, of the 500 block of W. Fifth Street, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Dec. 6 on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.

James H. Staples, of the 800 block of W. 11th Street, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Dec. 6 on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.

Michael N. Cunningham, of the 600 block of Maple Street, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. Dec. 7 on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.

Douglas F. Masterson, of the 1400 block of W. First Street, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. Dec. 7 on charges of disregarding traffic control device-traffic light, operating a motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense, driving too fast for traffic conditions, and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited.

Haley J. London, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. Dec. 8 on charges of operating a motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense, and failure to illuminate head lamps.

arrest douglasAbel T. Douglas of the 500 block of Plum Street, was arrested at 4:45 a.m. Dec. 7 on charges of second degree burglary.




arrest byrdSharprell D. Byrd, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. Dec. 8 on charges of third degree criminal trespassing, and alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.
