Edna Mae (Oliver) Jensen, 83 of Henderson County, Ky

HENDERSON, Ky. - Edna Mae (Oliver) Jensen, 83 of Henderson County, Ky passed away at 2:19 p.m. Saturday December 28, 2013 at St. Anthony’s Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson.

She was born December 3, 1930 in Cobb, Ky to the late James Headley and Bethel (Cook) Oliver.

She was a homemaker and member of American Legion Worsham Post 40 Ladies Auxillary.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Reginald Lamb (1955), second husband, Roy P. Jensen (2003) and one great-grandson.

She is survived by 4 children; Jackie Robinson and her husband Kevin of Henderson, KY, Barbara Prowell of Princeton, KY, Bradley Jensen and his wife Naomi of Missouri City, TX, Larry Lamb and his wife Patsy of Corydon, KY; 6 sisters; Shirley Haire of Henderson ,KY, Betty Stone of Henderson, KY, Elaine Sparks of Robards, KY, Mary Parrish of Poole, KY; Janice Sutton of Henderson, KY, Linda Chandler of Sebree, KY; 1 brother; Aubrey Oliver of Henderson, KY; 9 Grandchildren; 27 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday January 2, 2013 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Rev. Mary Wrye and Rev. Hollis Marshall will officiate.

Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10AM until service time at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice, 2410 S. Green St, Henderson
