WHITE PLAINS, Ky. (2/22/14) ― The Kentucky State Police arrested a White Plains man on charges related to sexual abuse after conducting an investigation.
An investigation was initiated on Thursday, February 20, 2014, after the Kentucky State Police received information from the Hopkins County Department of Community Based Services that the accused was involved in the sexual abuse of an adult female.
On Friday, Feb. 21, KSP Det. Lonnie Kavanaugh arrested Gary G. Dillingham, 70 of White Plains, at approximately 2:50 p.m. at his residence located on Concord Drive in White Plains.
Dillingham was charged with five counts on rape third degree and three counts of sodomy third degree.
He was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
Kavanaugh is continuing the investigation.
Lt. Brenton L. Ford, Det. Dan Morck, Det. Lloyd Ray, and Tpr. Bob Winters assisted with the investigation and arrest.Dillingham is being lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
