Owensboro Police Department Reports Activity

OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (6/25/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the recent arrests and citations:

Jerry Phillips, 55, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving on a DUI suspended license, and failure to or improper signal.

Say Reh, 21, of Bowling Green, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving a moped without a valid license, and disregarding a traffic control device.

David Baker, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Eric Clouse, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with third degree criminal trespassing.

Coy Bush, 29, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eric Carroll, 24, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, second degree disorderly conduct, third degree resisting arrest, and third degree assault.

James Chapman, 29, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Maximillan Fleischmann, 28, of Owensboro, was charged with unlawful transaction with a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia, and third degree criminal trespassing.

Justin McKay, 22, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and several traffic violations.

Robert Midkiff, 56, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault, alcohol intoxication in a public place, and second degree disorderly conduct.

Emily Wilkerson, 20, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting between $500 and $10,000.

Richard Barrett, 43, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting between $500 and $10,000.

Hunter Clouse, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and second degree unlawful transaction with a minor. Authorities said they responded to report of an altercation involving multiple subjects. A follow-up traffic stop of several people police believed were involved allegedly uncovered a pistol in the vehicle they said belonged to Clouse.

Courtney Hendricks, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Lucas Easler, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with person 18-20 possession/purchase/attempt to purchase/have another purchase.

Roger Hogsdon, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and various traffic violations.
