Jimmie (Junie) Miller Jr., 77, Henderson

HENDERSON, KY - Jimmie (Junie) Miller Jr., 77, Henderson, passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011, at Methodist Hospital.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran in the Korean War. He was also a member of the Providence Masonic Lodge No. 148, and he was a retired employee of Sun Oil Company.

Survivors include one daughter, Vickie Vowels of Henderson; two sons, Eric Miller of Henderson and David Miller of Providence; one sister, Helen Ayers of Sturgis; and three grandchildren.

Service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Melton Funeral Home in Providence.

Brother Ralph Alexander will officiate. Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery in Clay.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and after 8 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
