Jim Gatlin, 89, Dunnellon, formerly of Henderson

 

obit2HENDERSON, KY - Jim Gatlin, 89, Dunnellon, formerly of Henderson and Evansville, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, at Cypress Cove Care Center in Crystal River, Fla.

He served our country in the United States Army Air Corp. during World War II. He was a musician.

Survivors include five children, Terry L. Gatlin and Lora Lynn Uttley, both of Henderson, James R. Gatlin of Evansville, Dana Schenk-Sutter of Inverness, Fla., and Jon R. Schenk of Dunnellon; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service was held Monday at Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory in Inverness.
