Beverly Ann Smithhart Varble, 65, Henderson

 

obit2HENDERSON, KY - Beverly Ann Smithhart Varble, 65, Henderson, passed away at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011, at Medco Center of Henderson.

She was a member of New Beginnings Missionary Baptist Church in Spottsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl Allen and Linda Naomi Brewer Smithhart; and one brother, Melvin D. Smithhart.

Survivors include one daughter, Tracey L. Kelsey and her husband, Scott L., of Henderson; one son, Dwayne K. Varble of Henderson; three brothers, Carl M. Smithhart of Cairo, Larry E. Smithhart of Beals and Jeff G. Smithhart of Reed; two granddaughters, Roxie Bringman and Stephanie Pryor, both of Henderson; one great-grandson, Ethan Lewis; nieces and nephews.

Services will be at noon Friday at New Beginnings Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Don Haire Jr. will officiate. Private family burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery in Reed. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Friday at the church.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to New Beginnings Missionary Baptist Church or St. Anthony's Hospice.

Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
