Evan (Tweetie) Jackson, 45, Henderson

obitshipHENDERSON, KY - Evan (Tweetie) Jackson, 45, Henderson, passed away Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, in Independence, Ky.

He was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Henderson. He was formerly employed at Pittsburg Tank and Tower.

He was preceded in death by his father, Booker T. Jackson.

Survivors include his mother, Betty Jo Jackson of Henderson; one son, Blaine Jackson of Henderson; two sisters, Michelle Jackson of Newport News, Va., and Jamie Jackson-Douglas of Henderson; one niece and one nephew.

Services will be at noon Wednesday at First Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Lynn Owens will officiate. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

Mason Brothers Audubon Chapel of Henderson is in charge of arrangements.
