Kathy Lynn Oliver Smith, 44, Henderson

crossflowersHENDERSON, KY - Kathy Lynn Oliver Smith, 44, Henderson, passed away Friday, Dec. 2, 2011, at Lucy Smith King Care Center.

She was a homemaker and attended Henderson Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willard Oliver, who passed away in 2010.

She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Kevin Smith; two daughters, Tabatha Workman and Amanda Stanley, both of Henderson; one son, Bradley Stanley of Evansville; her mother, Dorothy Murch of Henderson; one sister, Diane Hancock of Henderson; two brothers, Gary Oliver of Henderson and Bruce Oliver of Uniontown; and six grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel. Gary Puryear will officiate. Burial will be in Corydon Cemetery in Corydon.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and after 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice.
