Mark Legate, 45, Morganfield

 

blueskyMORGANFIELD, KY - Mark Legate, 45, Morganfield, passed away at 9:35 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville.

He was a self-employed tax preparer for several years in Morganfield.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Brown Legate.

Survivors include his father, Ronnie Legate of Morganfield; one sister, Rhonda Alvey of Uniontown; nieces and nephews.

Private family services and burial will be arranged by Whitsell Funeral Home in Morganfield.

There will be no visitation.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the charity of your choice.
