Mark Anthony Stone, 49, of Henderson

 

3cloudHENDERSON, KY - Mark Anthony Stone, 49, of Henderson passed away Saturday December 17, 2011 at the University of Louisville Medical Center.

He was born in Sturgis, Kentucky to Stephen Eugene and Doris Melvin (Loveless) Stone on July 10, 1962. He was employed by Polymer Partners of Henderson. He was a very active member of New Hope Pentecostal Church where he was a Sunday School Teacher for teenagers and was also the church guitarist.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife Pam (Owens) Stone of Henderson; Mother: Doris (Loveless) Stone of Henderson; Son: Jordan Stone of Henderson; Sister: Rhonda Woodard of Henderson; 2 Brothers: Mike Stone and Nathan Stone both of Henderson; Several Nieces & Nephews.

Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday December 21, 2011 at New Hope Pentecostal Church in Henderson. Rev. Tony Payne will officiate.

Visitation will be Tuesday 4-8 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel and on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until service time at the church.

Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jason Woodard, Marcus Woodard, Larry Woodard, Wesley Woodard, Steve Stone, Zachary Stone, Shane Bentley and Alex Owens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial Contributions may be made to New Hope Pentecostal Church Building Fund.
