Alice Evans Hawes, 64, Henderson

 

obit12HENDERSON, KY - Alice Evans Hawes, 64, Henderson, passed away at 8:20 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, at her home.

She had worked at Period Furniture in Madisonville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Evans Sr. and Alice Davies Evans; and one brother, William Evans Jr.

Survivors include one daughter, Selena Miller and her husband, Jason, both of Henderson; one stepgrandchild, Caleb Miller of Henderson; two nieces and one nephew.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Rev. Ernie Lingerfelt will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today and until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice or American Cancer Society.

Pallbearers will be Bud Evans, Eddie Evans, Cayce Evans Jr., Tommy Evans, Jonas Hamilton and Josh Hamilton.
