Chad M. Ershig, 36, Henderson

2sunsetHENDERSON, KY - Chad M. Ershig, 36, Henderson, passed away at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, 2011, in Henderson.

He was born April 23, 1975, in Henderson. He was involved in retail leasing for Ershig Properties. Chad enjoyed traveling the world and learning the many different cultures. He lived in Barcelona, Spain, for two years and became fluent in speaking Spanish.

Survivors include his parents, Don Richard and Penny M. Ershig of Henderson; two sisters, Lollye Martin and Brook Eberline, both of Henderson; and one grandmother, Phyllis S. McKenzie of Ashland.

A celebration of life service will be at 6 p.m. today at Presbyterian Church of Henderson.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Presbyterian Church or any charity.
