Franklin D. Lee, age 78, of Sebree, KY

 

SEBREE, KY - Franklin D. Lee, age 78, of Sebree, KY, passed away at 6:30 AM, Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at Colonial Terrace Nursing Home, Sebree, KY.

Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years Opal Lee, parents Fred and Clara Richey Lee, and a sister Clara Bell.

He was retired from Jasper American, a member of Apostolic Church in Evansville. He enjoyed woodworking as a hobby.

Survivors include: 2 Sons: David Lee and wife Sonda Henderson, KY, Stephen Lee and wife Patty Ft. Erwin, CA; 1 Daughter: Susie Elliott and husband Wayne Robards, KY; 2 Brothers: Walter Lee and Charles Lee; 1 Sister: Opal Helen Stone Henderson, KY; 8 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home, Henderson, KY. Reverend Willard Clement will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Henderson, KY.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday and from 10:00 AM until service time on Saturday at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home, Henderson, KY.
