Margorie Ann Peay, 78, of Madisonville, KY

 

MADISONVILLE, KY - Margorie Ann Peay, 78, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Friday, March 2, 2012 at NHC in Madisonville.

She was born April 23, 1933 in Portland, TN to the late Odell Brown and Joe Mae Brown. She was also preceded in death by her three sisters, Peggy and Patti Brown, and Joyce Shrum.

Mrs. Peay was a follower of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her husband, Allan Peay; one daughter, Jeanne (Ronnie) Duke of Hanson, KY; two sisters, Doris (Rev. Carl) Martin of Gallatin, TN, Diane (Rudy) Brown of Memphis, TN; one brother, Richard (Kay) Brown of Hendersonville, TN; two grandchildren, Christopher (Melanie Sue) Duke of Scottsville, KY and Melanie Ann (Brian King) Duke of Bowling Green, KY; and three great grandchildren, Bryleigh King, Issac Duke, and Courtney Duke.

Funeral service will be private. Arrangements handled by Barnett-Strother Funeral Home.
