CADIZ, Ky. - David Pendley, age 30, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Friday, January 4, 2013, at his home in Madisonville, KY.

David was a commercial cook and was a member of Grapevine Holiness Church.

He was survived by: Wife - Mrs. Melissa Pendley, Madisonville, KY, Mother - Patricia Pendley-Carty, Madisonville, KY, Father - Jimmy Pendley, Madisonville, KY, Three Sons- Calvin Pendley, Michael Pendley, II & George Pendley, All of the home, Two Brothers- Matthew Lewis Pendley, Madisonville, KY, Austin Dakota Pendley, Marietta, GA, Paternal Grandmother - Joana Billings, Paducah, KY, Maternal Grandmother - Martha Powell, Princeton, KY, Step brother - Jeremy Allison, Madisonville, KY, Step sister - Brianna Allison, Madisonville, KY & several Aunts, Uncles & Cousins survive. He was preceded in death by: Paternal Grandfather - Calvin Pendley & Maternal Grandfather - George Powell.

Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. -P.O. Box 2050 Cadiz, KY 42211-031 in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, January 8, 2013.

Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 9, 2013 with the Reverend Rodney James officiating. Burial will follow at Caldwell Blue Spring Baptist Church Cemetery in Caldwell Co., KY. Memorial Contributions can be made to: David Pendley Memorial Fund, PO Box 2050, Cadiz, KY 42211.
