Lucy Sanderson, 60, of Madisonville

LucySandersonMADISONVILLE, Ky. - Lucy Sanderson, 62, of Madisonville, KY passed away, Thursday, January 10, 2013 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. She was born December 8, 1950 to the late Norris Utley and Aggie Bryan. She was also preceded in death by her step father, Presley Bryan and two brothers, Bert and Randall Bryan.

She was a coordinator for Green River Hospice for over 13 years.

She is survived by two sons, Matt (Amy) Sanderson and Sam Sanderson both of Madisonville; four sisters, Karen McFadzean of Wales, Jenny Keown of Phoenix, AZ, Pollyanna Hardesty of Tell City, IN and Cathy Patterson of Morganfield, KY; two brothers, James Utley of Tuscaloosa, AL and Norris Utley Jr. of Morganfield; two grandchildren, Abbey and Will Sanderson of Madisonville and her companion, Donnie Cullen of Madisonville.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 13, 2013, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. George Thompson officiating.

Visitation will be 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Saturday and after 12:00 P.M. until the service time on Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made to Baptist Health Hospice (Patient needs).
